About

Built by engineers, not by prompts.

Octivex Tech is an engineering firm in Dubai and an official Odoo partner. We build Odoo modules, run ERP implementations and migrations, and write the mobile apps and AI agents that work inside them — for operations teams who need the system to match how the business actually runs.

What we actually do

Four practices, one delivery team. Odoo ERP covers implementation, migration, customization and rescue work on systems somebody else built. Mobile & Web means Flutter apps and React and Next.js front ends that read and write through Odoo rather than around it. AI Automation covers agents and workflow automation with permissions and an audit trail. Support & Consulting is the part that decides whether any of it still works in a year.

How we work

Custom work is delivered with its source in your repository, with named commits and reviewed changes, so it can be maintained by anyone competent — including someone who is not us. Scope is written down before it is built, and a new requirement changes the statement of work rather than appearing silently in the invoice. Where a module exists that does the job, we sell you that instead of billing you to rebuild it.

Why the modules exist

Every module in our store came out of a client engagement first. It was built because a real operation needed it, ran in production, and only then was made general enough to sell. That is why the catalogue is small and why each listing states its Odoo versions precisely: we maintain what we sell, across versions, rather than shipping and moving on.
