What it does
The letters HR is asked for every week — salary certificates, employment letters, NOCs, experience letters — produced from the employee record instead of a Word file somebody edits by hand. Every request is approved before anything is issued, and what comes out is a branded PDF with the company details already in place. Staff ask for their own letters and collect them once they are signed off.
