How do I use my voucher?
Email support@octivex.tech from your purchase email with your code and the Octivex module or service you want. We verify the unused code and apply its $10 credit to your order before payment. It is redeemed through support, not entered into Stripe Checkout.
Can I use more than one voucher?
One voucher may be applied to each order. Each code is used once, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used to buy other vouchers.
Does the voucher expire?
There is no expiry date. Keep your purchase email and code. Refunded or disputed vouchers cannot be redeemed.
Is this an Odoo module?
No. This is a digital Octivex voucher. There is no module ZIP to download and no Odoo version to select.
