What it does
Reads a CV attached to an applicant and fills in what a recruiter would otherwise retype: contact details, years of experience, skills, education and previous roles. It then scores the applicant against the requirements defined on that job position, and writes the reasoning into the applicant's chatter so a human can see why a score came out the way it did — and overrule it.
