What it does
Watches the dates already sitting in your employee records and raises them before they matter. Define a rule once — which date field, how many days ahead, who gets told — and the module handles the rest on a scheduled job: an email to the responsible manager, a message in the record's chatter, and a scheduled activity so nothing depends on somebody remembering to look.
