What it does
Connect business-record attachments and Enterprise Documents with Google Drive. Map the records and folders to synchronize, choose a storage mode, and review jobs and conflicts from Odoo.

Connections and folder rules — configure Google accounts, map existing folders, and select records with a model and domain
Choose the direction — synchronize both ways, from Odoo to Drive, or from Drive to Odoo, discovering nested folders
Mirror or offload — keep local and remote copies, or use cloud URL attachments after upload verification
A file manager with recovery — browse folders and tags, upload, download ZIPs, move files between mappings, and resolve conflicts
Requirements and limits
- Odoo Enterprise required
- Odoo 19 Enterprise with the Documents app, mail and web. The Enterprise subscription is not included.
- Python and environment
- requests, cryptography and authlib. A stable OGDRIVE_ENCRYPTION_KEY server environment variable is required.
- Google configuration
- A Google Cloud OAuth web client with the Drive API enabled, the exact callback registered, and the account authorized.
- What leaves Odoo
- Configured files and metadata are transferred to Google Drive. The connector requests the Drive scope it needs to do so.
- Not yet verified
- Real My Drive workflows were tested separately. Shared drives and Google-native document export have not been verified.
- Operating limits
- Synchronization polls mapped folders; Google push notifications are not implemented. Google sharing permissions are never changed automatically, and offloaded files must be restored before disconnecting or uninstalling.
